We loved our stay at this venue! The location was perfect - just a short walk away from everything we needed. The shuttle service made it even easier to get around. The room was spacious, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and seating area. The terrace was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed spending time outside taking in the stunning views. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. Located adjacent to a public footpath, it provided easy access to the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding area. it was conveniently close to the center of town, making it convenient to explore and experience all that the city had to offer. The room itself was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom that had everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service and always being one step ahead of my needs. The breakfast each morning was a delightful surprise, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The views from the hotel were truly stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop to my stay. this hotel provided a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The WiFi connection was not available in the basement apartment where I stayed.

The beautifully designed space allowed for great light to flood in, giving the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere. The views from the terrace were fine, with the Matterhorn as the backdrop. Every morning, I woke up to the melodic chirping of songbirds and enjoyed a cup of Nespresso on the terrace, taking in the fresh mountain air. The apartment had all the luxuries of a hotel, including a shuttle service, breakfast delivery, and daily cleaning. The staff were really nice too meet my every need. I highly recommend Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments for an lovely stay in Zermatt.

One minor inconvenience was that the shower and bathtub were in separate bedrooms. this did not detract from the overall beauty and comfort of the space.

The apartments had a cosy feel and a great view of the Matterhorn. The facilities were excellent with a nice selection for breakfast.

Felt like home, no complaints.
